As Vice President of Enrollment and Customer Engagement, my role is responsible for growing the Pearson Virtual Schools (PVS) student population by providing the best possible experience for families and students. The role is critical with responsibility for building a seamless and high-quality customer journey for families and students across multiple channels as they look to join the schools that POBL supports.The position oversees and directs the Enrollment Systems, Enrollment Services, Pearson Online Academy Admissions (private virtual school), and oversight of Customer Services and Support.

As Vice President of Strategic Operations, I lead a team that utilizes our extensive knowledge of operational/business processes to identify and execute strategic initiatives across all organizational areas such as sales/admissions, customer onboarding and relations.
