Build and evaluate forecasting results and trends.• Lead the initiative to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data captured in vital tools like Mavenlink and Salesforce.• Spearhead training & onboarding initiatives, ensuring that all Professional Services resources are well-informed and equipped.• Champion the adoption and effective use of tools like Mavenlink, including items such as: time tracking, capacity planning, staffing, margins, project management, and revenue recognition reporting. • Oversee acquisition due diligence and lead Professional Services-related onboarding of newly acquired businesses.• Collaborate with Professional Services leaders and Finance to drive the design, implementation, and management of forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes that are integrated with other planning processes employed within Perforce.
