Worked directly with all consultants from design development to final punch list and close out.* Philip Plein - the proposed high end retail shop at City Center was not constructed due to providing as-built studies. The preliminary Back of House floor plan designs showed clients expectations to operate functionally could not be achieved.*Developed TI build outs for several proposed restaurants and bars within the podium of the 8.3 million SQ SF Fontainebleau Casino Resort partially constructed on the Las Vegas Strip.* Assisted with the office Contract Administration.
