My career has been diverse, spanning business ownership and service in the U.S. Air Force, where I honed my skills in leadership, training management, and cultural competence.As the owner of The Escape Artist, I designed and implemented over four immersive escape room experiences, achieving a 4.9-star average rating from customers. I manage all aspects of the business, including a diverse team, payroll, hiring processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations. My entrepreneurial journey allowed me to build scalable systems and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.Previously, I served as a Senior Analyst and Education & Training Manager with the U.S. Air Force, where I led training initiatives for military personnel, managed standardized testing for over 100 members, and contributed to mission-critical intelligence operations. My work significantly improved workflows and enhanced team readiness and effectiveness.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
