My duties consisted of all of the new hire processes from the application, through the background, DMV and drug tests, and on into new hire paperwork and orientation. I completed and maintained all new hire files, all I9 files and benefits file. I did all of the data entry for new employees, salary increases, disciplinary actions, benefits changes and other HRIS entries. It was my job to support all of the HR team including payroll and benefits.

I was the onboarding specialist. It was my job to get all of our applicants into the system, offer packets put together and sent out, all pre hire testing, including but not limited to drug, background and licensing verification. Random drug screens, backup benefits assistant, HRIS for up to 800 employees nationwide.

Process pay roll for 185 employees on 3 shifts. Accurately log all time off, report any discrepancies to department managers. Process semi-monthly payroll for 6 executives timely and accurately.
