Kristine is a dynamic executive with over 10 years of professional experience in Sales, Account Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Advocacy. Her professional journey started at JPMC and Revel IT, where she rose to the position of National Account Director. This role involved starting and managing a branch in Los Angeles, CA, and overseeing the Nationwide Insurance account in Columbus, OH.Kristine's passion for networking and community-building led her to join several networking groups, including Women in Technology International (WITI) when she moved to California. In 2017, Kristine founded the Columbus WITI network and grew its membership to over 2,000 members in less than 2 years.Inspired by the engagement of the community and fueled by stories of inequality in the workplace, Kristine co-founded Level D&I Solutions in 2019. Her company exists to bridge the gap between underrepresented groups in the community and companies wanting to hire diverse talent.
