Promote Aquatic programs, maintain health and safety standards, directly supervise and schedule all lifeguards and instructors. Supervise and develop all non-competitive swim programs for all ages. Assist the aquatic director in annual budget. Hands on lifeguarding and instructing when staff is unavailable. Schedule and perform swim evaluations for swim lesson levels and test mark protect wristband levels. Schedule and run staff meetings monthly with the Aquatic Director. Review applications, conduct orientations for new employees, approve payroll for current staff.

Kristine is responsible for design and deployment of sales strategies for WinHire, Inc. Kristine utilizes social technology channels to research and qualify all new business leads for WinHire. Kristine assists day to day sales operation and funnel management by tracking progress in CRM and reporting status directly to VP. Kristine is a team player and believes that treating the customer as part of the team is the key to success. Kristine is responsible for collecting all the time sheets, creating the invoices, and updating the AR/AP.

Worked with a group of 9 volunteers who were chosen and approved by the church congregation to create a CIF (job description) for Associate Pastor position. Gathered information from the church community. Posted CIF on Presbyterian Website, then looked through PIF's (candidate's resumes). We reviewed all the PIF's of candidates who applied to the positions. We narrowed the candidates down to about 20 who we had phone interviews with. We then had 12 Skype interviews and had all of those candidates send us online sermons which we reviewed and narrowed down to 2 candidates who we brought in to Metuchen for separate weekends. They had a chance to meet with the church staff and interact with youth and on Sunday morning gave their sermon. We then chose one candidate who was best fit for the job. She was then brought to our church to be approved by the congregation and can officially start working. As a committee we would have weekly meetings to discuss and review everything as a committee.

As a lifeguard it is important to keep the members and pools safe. Taught swim lessons to children. At the front desk I would greet members and answer questions they have, help with registration of classes/new members and answer phones.

Responsible for watching children, about 20-30 girls 4-6 years old. Important to keep them safe but also have fun. Schedule activities for all day long, twice a week we would go on trips.

Helping customers was the most important but also restocking/ cleaning the sales floor, cashier, and floor sets. Meeting daily goals that were provided by the manager was also important.

Interned full time for six weeks (40 hours/week) as a volunteer. Worked with each department at the YMCA and also met with the Corporate Office employees. Learned the different parts to each department and what their job is. Also attended corporate meetings and met the other YMCA branches directors. Helped organize fundraisers and gave improvement suggestions to corporate to increase membership.
