Works closely with the marketing and communications team colleagues, as well as cross-functional departments, to achieve organizational goals and enhance the company's image. • Creating global content to establish a modern, captivating, and enduring brand image, particularly tailored to the tire industry and supportive of fresh produce and other themes. • Analyzing market and consumer trends, while reviewing competitor strategies, to enhance the overall marketing approach. • Developing North American content for the W&D and Tire industries, crafting a contemporary, engaging, and long-lasting brand identity. Managing content localization for the North American market. • Taking charge of public relations, budgeting, and paid media for the North American region within the MarCom department. • Serving as the project manager for select trade shows, including PROMAT/MODEX, TIRE TEC, ITEC, IBIE, and other North American tradeshows and Global Tire events. • Establishing and cultivating employer branding within Cimcorp North America, fostering a modern, captivating, and enduring brand identity as an employer. • Enhancing internal communications across all departments, driving global impact by breaking down silos and ensuring transparent communication.

They also offer comprehensive customer support services.With locations in Finland, Canada, and the United States, Cimcorp Group has in excess of 400 employees and has supplied more than 2,500 logistics automation solutions in 40 countries across five continents.• Responsible for the scheduling & execution of the digital marketing strategy.• Work closely with head office to produce digital content.• Develop & implement a social media timetable and execute online communications through Twitter, LinkedIn, and other online tools as required.• Review satellite websites for content & messaging consistency.• Create sales tools & presentations about the benefits of Cimcorp and their products as needed.• Organize approved media (video & photography) on the network so it‘s relevant and easy to locate.• Assist with the organization of tradeshows & conferences.• Provide support for the Cimcorp team on the utilization of branded materials.• Provide support for the Cimcorp team on the intranet.• Develop & execute all email campaigns for North America.• Provide input & review for the corporate website, including adding content when required.• Measure & monitor all online activity, gauging the success of digital marketing campaigns. • Create social media reports (monthly, quarterly & annually), campaigns reports, PR reports, and other marketing reports as needed.• Maintain confidentiality of information accessed in accordance with Cimcorp policies and procedures.• Perform other related duties as assigned.
