While typically these cases are referred to a higher level of care, I offer innovative alternatives when appropriate. My mission is to help my clients learn HOW to EAT, rather than obsess over what NOT to EAT. Emphasizing TRUST and SAFETY is a key element to my practice. I use humor and metaphor, helping clients to laugh, honor their achievements, and problem solve when we get stuck.
