This is the key attribute which drew me towards a career in Human Resources and Training.With more than 8 years of experience in people development, competence development, effective learning solutions, learning management tools, growth and knowledge sharing, I love developing new insights to people development opportunities. In order to do that I use all established networks and contacts, efficient communication, structured approach to development work etc. Leading the Global Learning and Development team in Tieto, I am responsible for internal global training coordination with content ownership for Tieto Academy – the internal learning management tool for all Tieto employees. A vital part of my job is consulting various business units within the organization about effective learning solutions, facilitating corporate training and connecting Tieto’s business needs related to competence development or transfer. My job lets me interact daily with people all over the Tieto world and this gives me freedom to not only implement new ways of working, but also challenge existing solutions.I also work as a people manager to support my team with daily practicalities as well as showing growth opportunities for them.
