• Reviewing and traversing legal descriptions of property, realignment of parcel data & other property related data layers as necessary.
• Tracking/updating the boundary changes of taxing districts, such as special metro, water, park/recreation districts & annexations to ensure accuracy. Communicating with these metro districts as necessary.
• Mapping & installing property changes, examples include subdivision plats, special metro districts, property owner lists, addresses, right-of-way, etc.
• QAQC – Quality Assurance Quality Checks, to maintain integrity of data
• Special map requests, both internal and external: primarily property owner maps & property improvement maps for appraiser use
