I often liken my career pathway to a jungle gym, where I jumped from passion to passion before finding my “A-ha!” in coaching. From accounting to financial recruiting to higher education, I’ve always been drawn to nurturing individual potential as a means of generating exceptional business results.I know how to coach at large. For nearly a decade at UBC Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, I supported 44,000+ graduates with global careers by spearheading meaningful coaching services and programs. The business school is internationally renowned (ranked #1 Best Business Program in Canada 2023 by Maclean’s Magazine), and I led the charge with a fiery passion. Now, I run my own coaching practice, where I create moments of genuine engagement and connection for clients, organizations, and, yes, schools. I’m motivated by working with individuals who crave something more out of life, whether they are new grads or seasoned professionals. My work has taken me internationally, and I’ve coached people in Canada, the USA, UK, Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. It’s been a ride!
