Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Overseeing and managing the entire graphic process and meeting any and all deadlines, beginning from the time of graphic conception, to on-site installation, and all the way to post-production. When applicable, also responsible for inventorying and delivering graphics for all projects traveled to.- Loosely involved in the graphic and CAD design process, however, will consistently work directly with the designers assigned to same project(s).- Working very closely with our layout and production department to ensure quality assurance.- Maintaining client and vendor relations whilst making sure their expectations are met and/or exceeded.- Perpetually and meticulously paying attention to a large spectrum of variables and details, beginning with the client introduction and understanding their goals, all the way to dispersing graphics on-site and overseeing installation of all show graphics.- Ensuring that every applicable team member knows they're valued, in addition to voicing appreciation for/towards them during the timeline for each project.

Generate show themes based on client requests and desires. Research current design trends and how to apply them to various components of each project. Successfully handling all graphics that are produced in-house for various shows and for a variety of clients (ranging from first-timers with small budgets all the way to multi-million dollar clients), respectfully directing labor workers at show site, overseeing structure installation and ensuring graphics are applied correctly, involvement with graphics from the time of receiving necessary pre-production documents all the way to onsite installation, pre-flighting artwork, heavily involved with communication involving internal and external parties, detail-oriented, understanding of staying within budget limitations. Responsible for effectively creating simplistic yet thorough structure installation documents that ultimately help aid with and cut down on labor cost. Strong background in customer service, firm belief in being a team player, working hard and building up others, all whilst meeting and/or exceeding internal and external client expectations.

Act as a liaison between the custom exhibit and/or general contracting project managersand the graphics production department. Responsibilities include: creating work orders for all structural graphics assigned and held accountable for, checking final production pieces and ensuring that quality standards are met. After these tasks have been completed, detailed flat panel documents are created for the client and onsite crews. The utmost responsibilities lie within assisting in streamlining numerous processes before shows and at show site, to aid in reduction ofexcessive onsite labor costs.Main emphases: paying strict attention to meticulous details, alleviating mistakes before show site to ensure positive results, multi-tasking in order to meet various deadlines, making revisions as needed and keeping in constant communication with the necessary internal staff in regards toinformative progress and updates for all jobs and shows. Take on additional tasks to mitigate overflow in production layout department.

Handle preflighting, proofing, revisions and production layout of show signage and structural graphics. Shows assisted on range from complex general contracting shows, to simple rental booths for customer account managers, all the way to unique booths for custom exhibit project managers.Contribute to maintaining brand management for clients whilst satisfying their needs.Additional responsibilities included, but not limited to: proficiency in typesetting, rebuilding logos, maintain branding guidelines and management, identifying image resolution, producing test prints as necessary to ensure client satisfaction, meet multiple deadlines for numerous jobs and exhibit disciplined organizational skills.
