Kristin has been working with children & families for 15 years in the Chicagoland area. She is currently employed at La Rabida Children’s hospital where she works as a Developmental therapist on the inpatient and outpatient units. She was previously employed by the Early Intervention Research Group through Northwestern University as a Developmental Therapist in the “Reduce The Wait” research project on a medical diagnostic team. Kristin’s strength as a professional includes being able to work with & connect with infants & their families as they navigate developmental delay in the early years of a child’s life. Since 2007, Kristin has traveled Internationally on her own for extensive periods at a time which has ultimately strengthened her love and desire to work with children and families. She enjoys travel writing and sharing her experiences in hope to inspire young women to travel the world.
