At WickedSmart we believe that connecting the right student with the right internship opportunity is the best way to learn, grow, be inspired, make a difference and feel connected. So we're building the technology that improves the process of matching students with employers for meaningful internship opportunities. WickedSmart is a product that was born and raised by Ignite, the innovation lab of Adecco.I work with the product development team to ensure the execution and marketing of the WickedSmart application.

I work with Ignite's seeds and projects to help build out their support timeline and implement their support workflow.

My goal is to consistently provide excellent customer service, as well as communicate our client's wants, needs and interests to the the rest of the team so we can continue to create the best service out there. I'm here to act as support to helping to resolve issues, answer questions and promote the product. I have worked with the team to grow our support department from launch to full team implementing systems and software along the way to improve efficiency.

As the studio manage I worked in direct contact with clients via phone and email, assisted with production and delivery, and keep social networks up to date, while assisting in the day to day upkeep of the office and scheduling of clients.

I was responsible for hiring and training new photographers, creation of of training document, as well as ensuring that our products flow seamlessly through production into the hands of our clients. I also assisted in the developing, marketing and production of both our Elite and Family & Children divisions.
