Lead collaboration with existing partners, as well as cultivate, solicit, and steward new partners and prospects in support of Impact Finance Center and CO Impact Days and Initiative's goal to catalyze impact investing in Colorado and beyond.

Responsible for developing and executing Fort Wayne Dance Collective's annual fundraising plans. Secures financial support for the organization from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Writes grants and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising. Manages and maintains donor database. Relationship management and development with major donors. Plan and produce fundraising events.

Responsible for contacting, meeting, and negotiating long-term lease, right-of-way, and easement agreements with legal owners of sites at commercially reasonable and legally responsible terms on behalf of wireless carriers. Additionally, this position works with and manages outside vendors, including third party environmental firms, A&E firms, surveyors, and title search firms to ensure on-time delivery of services to meet client's goals. The position also completes zoning, building, and land use applications on behalf of the client, expediting permits/approvals to meet client's schedule, as necessary.
