Ms. Gifford practices in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, probate, and trust administration.Ms. Gifford obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fresno, where she graduated summa cum laude. During her undergraduate education, she also swam for the Fresno State Bulldogs.Ms. Gifford received her Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Ms. Gifford completed externships with the Honorable Elissa Cadish, the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and the Clark County School District. Additionally, Ms. Gifford participated in the National Sports Law Moot Court Competition as a member of the Society of Advocates. She also participated in the William S. Boyd School of Law’s legal clinic providing legal services to children and parents in need of assistance with family related legal matters. After graduating from law school, Ms. Gifford worked at Marquis Aurbach Coffing for over three years where her practice focused in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship. She then took a short break from law to start a family and worked in mortgage. She then returned to law to resume her legal practice in estate planning.Away from the office, Ms. Gifford enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and competing in CrossFit.
