In this role, I served as system administrator and training specialist, providing system support to all departments within the organization. Acted as an internal consultant overseeing all system upgrades, implementations and maintenance of the Yardi Voyager database. I researched, implemented and evaluated new software modules for continuous operational improvement.As the organization's training specialist, I designed, planned and facilitated all training, face-to-face and virtual, for new hire on-boarding and continuing ed for existing employees. I analyzed individual and team performance and identified opportunities for development. I also assisted in oversight of the organization’s Learning Management Software and created custom training courses and instructional videos to promote best practices and process improvements.

In this role, I was the point of contact between property management operations, IT support and marketing as a subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager and Rent Café products. I supported the operations of all properties within the organization’s multi-family portfolio. I provided system support as well as designed and facilitated internal employee training. I troubleshooted and resolved process issues and acted as a liaison between external support and end users. I also helped facilitate a re-branding initiative which included designing Property Marketing Sites, Corporate website, social media accounts and prospect outreach email campaigns. I analyzed marketing performance, measured lead engagement and conversion through Rent Café CRM analytic reporting and ILS platforms. I monitored revenue management reporting to track rental rates and suggest adjustments to achieve income goals.

Involved with the lease up of a brand new 230-unit luxury multi-family property. Responsible for leasing apartments, prospect outreach and interactions, preparation of lease documents, and positive resident relations. Created and maintained eye-catching marketing campaigns on Craigslist, ILS sites, flyers and brochures, social media platforms and daily blog entries. Continuously awarded for above average closing ratio each month.

On-site office admin for general contractor constructing a luxury garden style multi-family building. Maintained contract files and correspondence between GC and owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Maintains project report logs, safety materials and office supplies.
