I was the head certified trainer in charge of training all front of house staff (hosts, bussers, servers, Togo specialists, bartenders, and other certified trainers). I was sent to all other Canadian locations to implement a memorandum of understanding through out all certified trainers by creating a thorough training program to ensure product knowledge.
