I am the Chief People Officer of Precipart, a global precision engineering company founded in 1950. Since joining the Company in 2019, I use my unique perspective and HR background to translate the Company's vision and mission into strategic initiatives with actionable goals. I work to improve employee engagement, profitability, growth, and performance across Precipart’s global enterprise. As a member of Precipart’s Executive Leadership Team, I collaborate with all levels within the organization to ensure the company is best positioned to design and manufacture custom parts that make life-changing medical devices, ambitious aerospace technologies, and other world-changing innovations possible. My background includes leadership roles at companies like Globecomm, where I served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources; Credit Suisse, where I served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources; and Schenck Trebel Corporation, where I was Human Resources Manager.It has been my privilege to be asked and share my expertise through articles for Space & Satellite Professionals International (“Making Leaders: Identifying and Engaging High-Potential Employees") and ExecBlueprints (“Strategies to Retain Executive/Expensive Talent in Your Organization"). I received my MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management of Devry University, and my BS in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College.
