Continuously searching the market and negotiating with the suppliers to source the finest raw materials at best price.Pricing, costing and budgeting: Preparation, control and management of annual and quarterly budget. Controlling competitors weekly and setting product prices according to the market price index and cost of production.Distribution: Operating in marketplaces like Trendyol & N11.Customer Relations: Answering questions from customers through digital platforms. Analyzing customers' feedbacks and acting on them with a continous improvement mindset.Marketing & Promotion: Setting promo calendar within all doors. Managing social media platforms, especially Instagram to stimulate sales. Making weekly advertisement plans, tracking KPIʼs, sending PR deliveries.Opening short term pop‐up boutique stands in shopping malls, such as Akmerkez AVM, Akasya AVM and Palladium AVM; in order to reach & touch customers face to face.My 2 years with 16 Spoon gave me the chance to learn how to survive in a sea of competition by differentiation, customer centricity and quality.

In the Cold Komi position, I had the opportunity to improve myself in many areas of the kitchen, such as sauces, appetizers, salads, kitchen arrangement, kitchen counting and plate presentation.Working in a continously busy environment with high pressure on time and performance, I learned to keep calm and focused and be a good team player even under high levels of stress.
