Responsible for shaping the visual presentation of Boston Ballet’s image across multimedia platforms and to help meet the goals of increasing engagement, sales (tickets, subscription, school, and community programs), and philanthropy for this internationally-acclaimed ballet company. Also responsible for managing the overarching resource needs and daily work flow of Boston Ballet’s creative services team, including strategy, design, digital development, print production, brand marketing, and project management capabilities. As a part of the senior management of the marketing department, I am held responsible for maintaining the creative budget, as well as a major contributor to meeting department revenue goals.
