Opportunity 34 Foundation was created in the wake of my son Will's deadly car accident. The foundation seeks to carry on Will's legacy of championing those who may have been overlooked or underserved. Basketball was Will's reason for living, and even though he was faced with many rejections in his young career, he never let what other's thought about him limit his passion. He exuded confidence that was contagious to his teammates, friends and rivals. The Foundation has awarded over $90k in grants and scholarships and is exploring ways to carry on Will's legacy through scholarships and encouragement. We have a Board of Directors guiding that process and have received 501(3)c public charity status.
