As Talent Acquisition Partner at MSA Professional Services, I connect talented people with new civil engineering opportunities that provide sustainable infrastructure in upper Midwest communities. In addition to my role at MSA, I am the co-founder and executive director of the Opportunity 34 Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports young adults with multi-year scholarships. This foundation was created in memory of my son Will, who was tragically killed in a car accident in 2017. Through this foundation, my family carries on Will's legacy of championing those who may have been overlooked or underserved and share his passion for basketball and life.
