Consistently delivered massive quarter over quarter and year over year revenue growth, resulting in expansion of ARR from $90 to $160M in one year. Led the creation of new sales processes and techniques designed to ensure 100% rep productivity, and recruited exceptional talent at all levels.

NewBrand Analytics provided customer experience management solutions to leading global brands including McDonald's, Hyatt, Kohl's, and Darden. The company was venture backed by NEA and Revolution Ventures.As CEO, Kristin led strategy and operations for the company. She consulted directly to CMOs and other chief executives on the use of social analytics and social engagement to improve customer loyalty. During her tenure, the company grew by over 400% and was recognized as a leader in customer experience management and text analytics. The company was sold to Sprinklr, the leader in enterprise social media management, in June of 2015.

Provided strategic oversight and leadership for this early stage SaaS business which offered social supply chain management solutions to the Global 2000. Obtained the highly coveted "Cool Vendor" award from Gartner, twice, in 2009. Grew revenues by greater than 50% annually through successive fiscal years, and exceeded profitability and cash management goals. Expanded customer portfolio to approximately 50 Fortune 1000 organizations, including industry leaders such as Lockheed Martin, Cardinal Health, and Tesco. Developed strategic partnerships with the majority of B2B technology and service providers. Orchestrated a successful sale to GXS, a leading integration services company, in March 2011.

Maintained overall responsibility for product strategy, product management and engineering. Led the development and ongoing evolution of the company’s highly acclaimed software products, which consistently held the leadership position in analyst assessments. Managed a globally diverse organization across seven locations with an annual budget of over $50 million.Sat on the executive leadership team from inception, through a highly successful IPO, and to the ultimate sale of the business to Software AG. Throughout, served as a primary contributor to corporate strategy and planning.Supported both pre- and post-sales activities through substantial involvement in executive briefings, customer/prospect meetings, and conferences. Served as company spokesperson in numerous public forums including investor conferences, user group assemblies, and analyst meetings. As a member of the Board of Directors Strategy Committee, directly supported the board and the CEO in strategic partnering and M&A activities. Facilitated diligence for both purchase and sale discussions. Served as business champion for seven technology acquisitions.
