• Conduct community listening sessions in underserved areas to understand human rights concerns. • Evaluate and implement solutions, including events, public education, partnerships and policy recommendations to Board of Supervisors. • Seek to promote a community based on social justice, with equality for all, and to eliminate discrimination based on race, religion, color, age, ancestry, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, place of birth, national origin, or disability.

Global Centre

• Provided communications and knowledge management expertise to the Child Health and Nutrition Impact Study, a five-year research collaboration with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, assessing impact and cost-effectiveness of community systems strengthening programs in Cambodia, Guatemala, Kenya and Zambia. • Oversaw Community of Practice related to the study, including improving user interface, ensuring compelling and relevant content, and creating/implementing a plan to increase engagement. • Working with stakeholders in country, as well as globally, I developed and implemented a strategic communications plan to engage and inform core internal and external audiences, including funding and peer organizations, regarding study findings and the relevance of impact research in the development of global public health and nutrition programming.

Conducted national and local-market media tour that included celebrity spokesperson and website launch.
