Supports the Store Manager with customer engagement, operational execution, people management, and the merchandising of the store. Supports the team in fostering a positive work environment to ensure employee and customer satisfaction.

Trained in the art of "High 5 Service" -making the customer's needs the top priority. My training has further pushed me to perfect my Customer Service skills, while creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers to shop. I also have been trained in sales, and am efficient at helping customers find the products they are searching for, and then some.

During my time here I acquired the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. I was able to fine-tune my customer service skills, as well as expand on my ability to multi-task. In addition, I learned the importance of working as a team, especially in stressful situations. Most importantly, I was constantly reminded of the importance of behaving professionally, and taught that "You are always on stage."

My training here first introduced me to Customer Service, and built the foundation of the skills I possess today. I became familiar with multi-tasking, and the ability to work in stressful, fast-paced situations. In addition, I was required to know a multitude of facts about each sport, both team and recreational.
