As the Director of Research Content Development, I provide support and oversight for research activities within WPS. Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments, I provide content development expertise with the goal of delivering exceptional assessments of high integrity, reliability, and accessibility across the globe. My work includes direct supervision and management of R&D staff to move forward individual research projects as well as developing long-term strategic planning and policies for adapting content of WPS-published products across various contexts including digital and remote assessment, clinical and research adaptations, and translations in other languages.

Develop and manage R&D policies for modifications to the standardized administration methods and content of WPS published products, including adaptations, translations, and other specialized applications in research and clinical settings. This allows WPS to uphold the high integrity of our products while supporting increased accessibility and global use across a wide variety of populations.
Senior Project Director
Develop psychological and educational assessments for commercial publication. WPS instruments and intervention materials cross a variety of disciplines including psychology, occupational therapy, and speech pathology. As the Director of Education Research for a psychology laboratory, our goal was to understand, evaluate, and improve the research applications of spatial cognition particularly within educational settings. I led a research team comprised of full-time research assistants, undergraduate and graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers for the Spatial Intelligence and Learning Center (SILC) site at the University of Chicago, under the advisement of Dr. Susan Levine. My skills included experimental design and project management, collaboration with faculty at multiple sites, writing and maintaining grant proposals, budgeting, data analysis, design of tests and materials for assessing and tracking the development of spatial skills across the age span, scientific writing, and professional presentations of research at conferences and SILC events.
