Managed customer experience research within Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Insurance (CI) division. Led foundational research efforts to inform business strategies and investments through the lens of the customer’s preferences and goals.Managed first-of-its-kind Closed-Loop Feedback (CLF) initiatives within the commercial insurance industry. Partner with various operations on program design, digital platform build out, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Ensure consistency and restraint in the CLF approach to CI customers. Act as the VOC advocate by providing insights and recommendations aimed at improving the customer experience.

Managed a $9M book of business. Built relationships and increased opportunity flow with 30 agencies in New Jersey and New York. Evaluated new opportunities and existing business to determine the profitability potential for each account; gathered information from agents/brokers and customers, worked with internal experts to analyze the merits of a risk, priced or non-renewed the account based on analysis.

Owned ad hoc market research for Commercial Markets division; Led competitive intelligence efforts enabling Commercial Markets strategy and business decisions.

Provided strategic and tactical support in the areas of analysis and communications. Supported 4 commercial insurance businesses: Affinity, Energy, Global and Umbrella.

Focusing on 4 Specialty Lines businesses, provided market research and marketing communication support. Developed the first industry reports for each of the business units to assist management with strategy planning, created the architecture and managed content production for the launch of the Specialty Lines Intranet, and created advertising, collateral and/or capabilities presentations for each of the business units. When needed, managed Specialty Lines events. Also Marketed LM Property workshops and assisted with LM Property marketing communication needs.

Owned Customer Experience research and budget for attendees, clients, and partners. Created surveys, managed distribution process, analyzed results and wrote reports for all 17 live programs, and ad hoc surveys related to this vertical. Additionally aided in Outcomes study by reviewing outgoing surveys and analyzing and writing clinically-oriented reports.

Profiled program attendees and physician universes for insights into their behaviors and preferences. Provided these insights to internal and external clients to help shape products and business plans.

Used email, mail, fax and telemarketing to drive registration to Pri-Med programs. Created program city profiles to maximize impact on registration.
