I am a Director (Partner) with Gibbons P.C. in Newark, NJ, where I am a member of the Employment & Labor Law Department. I provide strategic counsel to New Jersey and national employers at all phases of the employment relationship, including compliance with workplace laws, pre-litigation risk avoidance, and defense of workplace-related disputes. Known for my strategic approach and attention to detail in handling complex litigation, I have defended single and multi-plaintiff cases in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. My litigation practice is balanced by my counsel to companies on a wide range of employment and human resources issues. I am also a longtime Trustee of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
