As the AVP of Learning and Development I serve an amazing team that is talented in designing and facilitating learning and development programs. Focusing on both cultural and tactical training we create learning experiences that are delivered in the classroom, via webinar or self-consumed using our eLearning platform. Each program is designed to enhance and develop the unique strengths of each individual. As part of the CUNA Creating Member Loyalty team I work with credit union executives to cultivate a sales and service culture that exceeds members' expectations and increases bottom-line sales. By collaborating with stakeholders from key business areas within the organization together we are able to assess their current culture, recognize individual and organizational needs, determine goals and identify critical support areas for their sales and service culture initiative. This is done to create a customized plan that will produce sustainable, measurable sales results. Once a credit unions plan is created my work does not stop there! As a Performance Consultant I continue to work with key credit union stakeholders and CUNA’s Creating Member Loyalty Implementation team on the execution of their customized plan. This includes guiding the credit union through staff communication related to the initiative, helping them create their plan to schedule and deliver their world-class training to staff and assisting the credit union in determining key performance indicators that are critical to tracking and measuring long-term success. Knowing that results matter, it is also my responsibility to schedule regular, ongoing evaluations with my credit unions. This provides them with time saving process benchmarks and makes it easier to determine if quick adjustments are needed due to changing needs or assumptions. Since sustainability is key, my team and I are constantly sharing proven best practices that have helped deliver ongoing success for credit unions across the country. My goal is to connect my credit union clients to a network of resources that are designed to sustain momentum and nurture their new, results-driven culture.

As the AVP of Sales Strategies at Fox Communities Credit Union it is my responsibility to build, coach and monitor the sales environment of the Credit Union. I provide recommendations to maximize sales performance, provide input into the development of sales training needs and ensure growth in the sales and service provided to Credit Union members.I also work one on one with staff to meet corporate sales goals as set by management and providen direct hands on, side by side training of the sales culture to all staff. I train new hires on our sales culture and provide recommendations for ongoing sales techniques to our sales and lending staff in addition to keeping informed of new products and services and recommend sales strategies for continued success.
