Coaching executives and high-potential leaders who are looking to achieve remarkable results is my passion. I am a strategic and accountability thought partner with leaders to help them unlock their full potential. I leverage tools like the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) to help leaders identify blind spots and help them gain optimal self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.
