I serve as the marketing department head and responsible for all lead generation activities for Synaptic AP products – Synapse (care and population health management software) and Salesforce consulting services. As well as spearhead the marketing efforts for the Salesforce-native application product launch for Youreka - a guided sales and services, smart forms, assessments and inspections tool. I manage a robust staff of full-time communication professionals to successfully execute marketing campaigns, activities and tradeshows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Under my direction, the marketing team implemented a marketing automation platform and CRM efficiencies for lead generation activities resulting in optimized MQLs.
