My mission: To provide business professionals with action-based techniques that vastly increase the range and power of their communication skills. As a communication/performance specialist, I work with business leaders across industries to advance their success by sharpening and extending their innate communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Underlying this work is my formal training as a Certified Movement Analyst, an extensive background in teaching and curriculum development, and years of experience as a performing arts professional. In the past decade, I have combined these multifaceted skills to design and implement TanzerGlass’ Mastering Authentic Presence and Performance (MAPP)™ training system. Developed to address in-person, on-camera, and screen-to-screen communication, the MAPP methodology has fostered authentic and impactful communication skills among professionals in global corporations, financial institutions, and media conglomerates, as well as for independent business professionals, consultants, and other individuals seeking to become more impactful communicators.
