Kristin Tedford is the principal of Bold Echo, a Silicon Valley based presentation skills coaching firm. Her experience spans 30 years helping people become more engaging presenters by developing more powerful presentations and reducing public speaking anxiety. She has successfully coached leaders for high stakes presentations including keynotes, investor pitches, sales presentations, board presentations, panel discussions and IPO road shows. Kristin has led multiple group workshops and provided 1:1 coaching for executives and their teams at Silicon Valley start-ups to Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally. A sample of her clients include Google, Abbott, American Express, VMWare, DocuSign, Palo Alto Networks, Alteryx, NVIDIA, WhatsApp and SoftBank Vision Fund. Some of her non-profit clients include Second Harvest Food Bank, The Trust for Public Land, and Silicon Valley Career Women. Kristin has a passion for working with entrepreneurs and a special interest in empowering women. Previously, Kristin taught communication courses at San Jose State University and De Anza College and co-authored the book Communication Skills for Collaborative Learning. She earned her BA in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and an MA in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.
