With over six years of management experience in various industries, I am currently a board member at Cumberland Mountain Mutual Aid and Patchwork Kinfolx, two non-profit organizations that provide community-based support and advocacy for marginalized and oppressed groups in the Southern Appalachian region. I contribute to the strategic direction and oversight of these organizations, ensuring that they operate effectively and efficiently, and that they align with their missions and values.My core competencies include quality assurance, training and development, and leading high-performing sales teams. I have a proven track record of delivering results, exceeding expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I am passionate about serving others and making a positive impact in their lives, and I leverage my skills and expertise to empower and motivate the staff and volunteers of the organizations I work with. I also have a strong interest in social justice, environmental protection, and cultural diversity, and I hold a bachelor's degree in French language and literature from the University of Virginia's College at Wise. I am currently pursuing another bachelor's degree in management from the University of Phoenix.
