Kristin worked with CFCH as a Consultant Psychologist conducting Psychological Assessments (specifically Pre-Liability Assessments) within the NSW Worker's Compensation Industry. The assessments are used by NSW Scheme Agents to determine liability decisions, and to guide injury management.Kristin then assisted CFCH to obtain accreditation as an AWRP with WorkCover NSW and CFCH's sister company - Resilia, was born!

Managed a team of Intern and Registered Psychologists who were working as Rehabilitation Consultants for a national AWRP.

In this role I was responsible for case management of "at risk" youth, with the ai of engaging them in positive activities - such as continuation of schooling, apprenticeship obtainment, vocational counselling and guidance.
