Consult on human rights initiatives worldwide with leading advocacy organizations. Provide training, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and business development support for programs, professionals, and volunteers. I also liaise with major clients such as MasterCard Foundation. I research and design governance, human rights, and media programs with coordination of global teams across five continents. Some achievements thus far:Achieved funding worth over $100M+ for advocacy projects.Built database of 100+ potential donors and executed action plan to obtain funding from top ten.Conducted evaluation of three subgrantee projects with 100+ participants including survey, interview, and data analysis tools for British Council Bridging Voices Program.Generated $100M in winning proposals by steering end-to-end process for Social Impact and IREX.Wrote and championed first proposal Gender Action Plan for IREX.Crafted training program for 50+ home-office staff members on business development processes.Streamlined partner search by creating detailed database of 3K+ potential alliances.Shaped vulnerability assessment to inform service delivery to Nairobi’s informal settlements including key informant interviews, focus groups, forum, and ethnographic observation; secured partnership with USADF.Pioneered pilot program to test recommendations for reintegration of returning Roma population to Kosovo with project background, stakeholder and SWOT analysis, monitoring and evaluation, work plan, and budget.

While earning my master’s degree at the Elliott School at George Washington University, I edited policy op-eds on current issues in international affairs for content, grammar, and style.

I designed curriculum to teach International Baccalaureate English language classes to secondary school students including courses on governance and social issues.

For over two years, I hired, trained, and mentored 30 team members with stewardship of a $600K annual operating budget. I shepherded five simultaneous programs supporting youth development, revamped and updated the program website, and managed social media platforms.
