Digital Marketing Manager
Current- Administer and manage all social media channels and build out social media content calendar- Create and curate all social and digital marketing content including text/copy, graphics, videos, and emails- Create awareness campaigns demonstrating value to new customers and implement retention, personalization, and nurture campaigns to existing customers- Design and implement platform-specific digital marketing strategies that align with overall company goals (conversions, awareness, sales, etc.)- Develop marketing programs to increase awareness, reputation, and image with existing customers and prospective customers- Ensure all social and digital marketing content is in line with our brand voice, values, and overall aesthetic- Manage editing, approval, and scheduling of all posts for all platforms- Monitor trends and news in digital marketing/social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to inform future growth strategies and opportunities- Oversee marketing automation efforts such as email builds, landing pages, and etc.- Regularly monitor and report on all digital marketing campaigns' performance and speak to the impact on overall marketing objectives- Work with agencies to support successful programs
