Created processes for tracking cash flow and wrote company manual.Setup new company in accounting software.In the past 6 months I have moved out of the role of handling payroll and finances weekly. We now have a finance manager and human resources professional that I help as needed, and am in more of a consultant roll.

O’Neill Foundation exists to help children and families with practical needs. We started the foundation in early 2021 after realizing we were helping more families directly instead of only donating to charities. The additional resources available from having a non-profit organization gives us the ability to help even more families. The charitable work we do matters to us because we understand the difficulties of living paycheck to paycheck and how one (major or minor) crisis can make it difficult to make ends meet while providing essentials for children. We understand the sacrifices that many parents make to provide for their family and want to help lift that burden during times of crisis. Our goal is to support parents so they can continue working and providing for their family.
