Kristi provided development management service to the London and Devonshire Trust, a family owned development company based in Tiverton, Devon. Activities undertaken included: land acquisition, development appraisals, heads of terms documentation and letters, coordinating consultants on planning stage development, coordinating contractors during construction stage development. Acted as concept, structural and detail design architect, followed by site architect at the Hampshire County Cricket Club. Kristi was responsible for managing main contractor and subcontractor drawing packages, variations, valuations and RFI's on site. Primary contract manager was Henry Boot Construction, and Kristi liaised with their internal QS and subcontract teams to answer queries on site, make necessary modifications to contact documents, and monitor cost, time and quality for the client.
