Provides Regulatory Compliance Consulting Services with a focus on the following:*Safe Drinking Water Act Compliance*Lead and Copper Sampling Plans / Revised Total Coliform Rule Sampling Plans*NJPDES Permit Compliance*Local Sewer Authority Industrial User Permits*Industrial and Municipal Stormwater Permitting*Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank Compliance*NJDEP General Air Permitting**NJDEP VSWS Licensed Operator**Community Noise Enforcement Certification

Drinking Water and Wastewater Services: Provide oversight of on-site drinking water and wastewater discharge programs at several facilities. This includes monitoring, sampling, and the preparation and submittal of monthly and quarterly monitoring reports for wastewater discharges in compliance with NJDEP and Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) regulations and review of sampling results for compliance with Safe Drinking Water Regulations.Environmental Inspections of Local Municipalities for Environmental Joint Insurance Fund (EJIF): Conduct annual inspections of DPW garages and other municipally owned properties throughout New Jersey for environmental insurance coverage.Environmental Risk Management Fund, Emergency Response: Serve as one of BSG’s on-scene coordinators for the Environmental Joint Insurance Fund (EJIF) during member municipality environmental emergencies.Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP): Developed Stormwater Pollution Prevention plans for a number of New Jersey municipalities and counties and continues to assist these and other municipalities in maintaining compliance with applicable stormwater regulations. Helped write and produce the stormwater training video available on the NJ MEL website and endorsed by NJDEP as satisfying their annual training requirement.Various New Jersey Municipalities, Private and Public Facilities: Provide compliance services to many New Jersey municipalities and other private entities in the areas of air and water permitting, underground and aboveground storage tanks, development and implementation of SPCC plans, and greenhouse gas emission calculations.FEMA Grant Management: Assist with the management and reporting associated with the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. In addition, serves as liason between FEMA, NJOEM, municipal representatives and residents.
