Managed a virtual team of 30 located in US, UK, and India that provided support for the other 600+ Global Payment employees in 3 countries. Responsible for $100M budget, strategy planning, investment planning, employee engagement, reporting and analytics, resource planning, productivity improvements, business process management, organizational design and communications.

Recruited to create a global team to support reporting and analytics for Global Wire Operations which processed 300K payments a day valued at $700 billion. Expanded the team from 6 US employees to 12 employees across the US, UK and India. Led all aspects of reporting including delivery and development of new and existing report-ing solutions to support Payment Operations needs and their business partners, analytics to answer key business questions, client performance reporting, regulatory and audit requests.

Recruited by Senior Executive to manage the US Wire Transfer Operations Business planning team. Managed a virtual US team of 15 individuals that provided services to support the 300+ US Wire employees across 3 loca-tions in the US. Oversaw the day to day planning activities, financials ($40M budget), investment planning, re-porting and analytics, end of day account reconciliation process for 300 accounts, resource planning, capacity management, talent planning and organizational design and communication.

Led all aspects of reporting and analytics for US Wire Transfer division including Operations, Regulatory, KPI, audit and risk reporting. Managed a team of 6 employees located across the U.S. Delivered reporting and inter-acted with various business partners across the organization including Product, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Responsible for developing and coaching junior reporting analysts. Lead analyst on the successful implementation of real time reporting database for all US Wire Transfer activity. Developed the business requirements, completed user acceptance testing, built initial reports, and trained the team. Developed first Nationwide Key Performance Indicator Scorecard enabling consistent set of key performance metrics covering all U.S. operating sites and functions

Developed a comprehensive activity-based costing model for US Wire Transfer that led to an increase in revenue of $2.9M through improved product profitability reporting and analysis. Performed what-if pricing scenarios on proposed Operations Strategic plans. Self-taught SQL language to extract data for the model.

Responsible for the financial planning for a division of the mill, month-end and year-end closing tasks for the facility, and oversight of the Cost of Quality program.
