During this period, US Eagle has gained market share, reduced call abandon rates, improved loan processes, standardized release processes and contributed to the overall maturity of the CU. Her team routinely partners with teams across the credit union to accomplish critical strategic objectives. She led the CU wide COVID response team for the Credit Union within months of joining the institution.

Providing leadership in IT Operations for Rinchem as they have expanded their presence both domestically and globally across 22 sites, leveraging industry best practices and lean / six sigma methodologies. Currently leveraging ServiceNow platform for company communications, HR, facilities and asset management in addition to IT service management. In the 1.5 years joining the company, we have driven company wide maturity improvements across a wide cross section of IT functions. The department won Most Improved CSC award for 2018.Some stats: IT incident backlog has been reduced by 65% and average resolution time reduced by more than 70%. Customer satisfaction surveys have been outstanding. Change management best practices have been implemented and automated across the company. To date, 60 operational processes have been documented, tested and trained to support global IT operations, with more automation work underway. Currently deploying release management module into the IT environment, and application inventory / mission critical system management are set for the next few releases.

Helped Improve Group transition from in house technical development to tech, people, and space integration. Update and manage Oso Grande Technologies Data Center visibility in the Southwest Region of the United States. Showcase fiber, data center, and business continuity offerings. Brought in new security partner, provided tech roadmap for long term strategy. Continue to support on an ad hoc basis.

Software selection and startup for Environmental Health and Safety platform for Intel. Key areas of focus included event management, occupational health management, and chemical management. Transitioned into project management role for chemical management (inventory and regulatory reporting).

Led a team to define, develop, and deploy a solution for Intel design teams to seamlessly create, share and reuse top secret and restricted design information. Improved design productivity and security while significantly reducing administrative overhead.

Identify critical performance gaps within IT and enable the IT organization to close those gaps. Focus on organizational agility, resource management, operational indicators, and lean processes.
