Project manager at Stafræn Reykjavík.Moving into the role of project manager, I worked with the City's Data Team. Now, I lead a project focused on restructuring Reykjavík's cloud environment, which led to the creation of Þjósti—a dedicated service team for digital infrastructure. We focus on building a service-oriented, collaborative team that supports all developers and users of the infrastructure, while driving a DevOps culture across the organization.

Main responsibilities were planning and executing the digital hackathon: Datathon for the environment which was a collaboration between the Ministry of Finance and many other organizations which opened up their datasets.

One of three creators and organizers of Reboot Hack, the first student-organized hackathon in Iceland.

Main responsibilities were overseeing media trips and corporate communications which include press releases and other announcements. I led the work and publication of the annual report for the year 2019 which was web-based for the first time.

Main responsibilities were securing innovative companies to sponsor the annual Startup Iceland conference, helping with logistics in regards to speakers and partners as well as making sure the event itself ran smoothly.

Main responsibilities include gathering challenges from the different departments within the City of Reykjavík to present at the Reykjavík CityHack 2019. As well as working with the participants afterwards to make their ideas come to life. The goal of the event is to make Reykjavík more efficient, smart, safe, accessible, environmentally friendly and overall a better place to live and work.
