As the Head of Business Technology at Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB), I lead a team of IT professionals who are responsible for creating and managing the ETCB IT development plan and investment budget, as well as being the single point of contact between IT vendors and procurements. With over 10 years of experience in IT management, I have successfully delivered complex and large-scale projects across various domains and industries, such as retail sales, finance, airport operations, and telecommunications.My core competencies include business architecture, project management, service design, test management and operations. I am also certified in ITIL v3 Foundation and Crisis Management Training. I am passionate about leveraging IT to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation. I believe that collaboration, communication, and simplicity are the key factors for achieving effective and sustainable IT solutions.
