As a project Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of the project, such as: Managing the production, Every day communication with Client, Planning and Monitoring the project, Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies, Respecting the deadlines.As a project manager, the main projects I have leaded are:- Construction of 4 Aboveground Storage Tanks, with total capacity of 45.614m3. Porto Romano, Durres, Albania.- Design and Fabrication of 2 "Special" workshop fabricated aboveground tanks, installed in Millitary Camps of EULEX and KFOR. Kosovo.- Steel Structural Works in the first Commercial Centre "Cungu&Co" in Ulcinj, Montenegro.- Steel Structural Works in the project "Reconstruction of National Opera & Ballet Theater". Tirana, Albania. *I am very proud of this project, as far as the theater has a great significance for Albania.New projects are to be added soon...

I am a part-time member of PANAI's staff. My responsibilities include:- Providing Business Development Manager with the necessary information about potential partners.- Researching and Finding new markets, where PANAI can operate.- Presentation and Registration to Strategic Contractors, Supplier's portal, in order PANAI to be included as subcontractor and receive RFQ, for various projects.My achievements until now:- Through my iniative and after negotations, PANAI has succesfully set up a collaboration with a client in KOSOVO to supply them with steel carpentry products.

TECH - INSPECT is one of the most well-known inspection body in South-East Europe, accredited in accordance to ISO/IEC 17020. I am a part-time mechanical inspector and my duties involve :- Participation in the development of technical procedures, for establishing new fields of inspection.- Technical inspection of cranes.As an inspector, I had the participation to participate in the biggest on-going projects in Albania, such as: TAP Project, Erection of "Moglica" HPP, Maintenance of "Koman" HPP and other numerous projects.

My responsibilities includes:- Participation in manufacturing process, where I had responsibility to supervise and guaranteeing that the steel structures produced, fullfilled the quality requirements.- Design of underground storage tank in accordance to EN 12285-1.- Hydraulic Test of heat exchangers.- Design of steel elements, that would be cutted in CNC plasma cutting machine.- Reports for the progress of a project to project manager.
