I currently lead business development and large accounts for the Interstate group within Vitu. Increasing the volume of transactions, maintaining high quality, supporting new development, all while building out new efficiencies is my current focus. We are experiencing massive demand and growth across the business and it is my job to foster and build strong relationships with our most important customers.

I created and managed an emerging business line within Vitu/MVSC building a national registration and titling solution for our dealerships. Vitu is a fast growing company in the automotive industry looking to ease the burden of our clients by managing the needed interstate government relationships for their customers.

KCM manages the KC LongShort Fund, LP. The fund seeks top returns by optimizing stock selection through a multi-layered quantitative and qualitative approach, while balancing neutralizing criteria. This fund uses a strategy similar to the original form of what hedge funds were designed to be.

SatStats is point-of-care HR Management tool that offers unprecedented exposure and analysis of patient opinions to hospital emergency departments. I managed operations, business development, information technology, and customized analytics for our partners.

I managed the global program for all unstructured data analytics for our organization. My team handled multiple text mining software packages, vendor management, and internal consulting for multiple groups. I provide information and analysis to support the customer experience, support engineering, product development, and competitive analysis to the marketing teams.

I currently manage projects in a heavily quantitative group that helps find ways to reduce cost, generate greater revenue and improve customer satisfaction. We are also currently rolling out text analysis capabilities for the consumer survey process worldwide.

I was directly responsible for all transactional forecasting for N. America consumer support business. Included in this responsibility is extensive communications with foreign outsourcing partners as well as lead a cross-functional team that explored future impacts to the forecast.
