I started working with the Browns because I had always been involved with small groups of staff and I wanted to experience staff management at a larger scale. The Browns manage approx. 250 game day staff members. This staff includes a wide variety of people and motivations for being at the stadium. It has been a wonderful opportunity to study and expand my customer service knowledge.
