I work part-time as a consultant with supervision, mentorship, lecturing, research activities, providing strategic advice and industry expertise, business development and other services that are connected to digital health, digital psychology and internet-based treatment. I also work with mentorship and team optimization in sustainability start up teams.

Board member of the Swedish Psychological AssociationThe Swedish Association of Psychologists is the trade union professional organization for psychologists, students in psychology programs, as well as those who have earned a doctorate in psychology or pedagogy. The association was founded in 1955 and has about 12,000 members. It is affiliated with Saco, the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations.

Creator of a unique customized acceleration program for sustainability startups based on research on startups and innovation, interviews with leading innovation experts and behavioral expertise about team collaboration and leadership. The aim is to facilitate cross-national/cultural citizen driven innovation and achieve real impact to create a more sustainable world. This program has been provided three times so far: during the spring of 2022 for the winners of Hack for Earth at Expo 2020 (7 teams from 18 countries), the spring of 2023 for the winners of Hack for Earth at COP27 (7 teams from 15 countries), and the spring of 2024 for the winners of Hack for Earth at COP28 (8 teams from 19 countries). The program has led to substantial progress in the teams, such as proof of concepts, MVPs, stronger teams, important partnerships and financial investments.Build for Earth is specifically focused on psychological safety and transformational leadership in the teams, and data is collected during the whole program to adapt and monitor the content based on feedback from the team members. Evaluations of the program show that all team members participating in the acceleration program so far would recommend it to other teams. About Hack for Earth:Hack for Earth is a global online hackathon with its mission to find real solutions to the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Through citizen-driven innovation, inviting everyone to join, solutions meeting the overall goal will be possible to achieve.

Founder and Chariman of the Network for Digital Psychologists (now the National Association for Digital Psychologists), a membership network with over 400 psychologists that also are members of the Swedish Psychological Association, and a social network with over 1700 psychologists.

The Swedish Network for Global Mental Health is a non-profit association consisting of individuals with a shared interest in mental health in a global context. We strive towards understanding and strengthening Sweden’s capacity to work for improvements in global mental health with a particular focus on disadvantaged groups. The membership is open for anyone who is interested in the field.

Scientific Advisory Board Member for the Inner Development Goals, a not for profit and open source initiative. The IDG-framework is aimed at connecting personal development with the 17 SDGs. The Inner Development Goals initiative has been recommended as an important framework to achieve SDGs in the European Parliament resolution of 23 June 2022 on the implementation and delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals.

2018-2021: Manager of Clinical & Digital psychology, with a team of 60 psychologists and a revenue of over 55 million SEK. The role included strategic work, being part of the management team for the company, budget responsibilities, business planning, staff liability (five team managers) and much more. I take great proud in have led the best team of psychologists in Sweden. 2013-2017: As manager of Digital Psychology I built my own team of digital psychologists working with internet-therapy and digital psychology at Psykologpartners. This work included business development, strategic planning, product development, staff liability, coordination, sales management and being part of the management team of the company. We created an incredible revenue growth of 840% during these five years.

I've been active in the area of Internet-based treatment and digital psychology since 2004 when I was responsible for conducting the first ever randomized controlled trial on email-therapy for depression at Linköping University. Since then I've educated and supervised internet-therapists, and also created new services in the area of digital psychology. A large part of my work has been helping the health care sector to implement internet-based treatment in a successful way and helping Psykologpartners develop several treatment programs of their own. I'm the author of two books: "Internet-therapy with CBT" and "Digital psychology" (translated titles). I have a strong interest is the area of psychological design, where psychological knowledge is applied in the development of digital solutions.

As a psychologist at Psykologpartners I have gathered extensive experience in clinical supervising, lecturing for small and large groups and implementation of new methods in health care organisations. Lecturing have been one of my main interests and that's why I've done more than a 150 lectures on topics like internet-therapy, digital psychology, depression, applied behavior analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Relational frame theory, scientific method, manualised treatment and more.I've been working as a clinical supervisor more than 50 groups since 2004 and have gathered extensive experience in working with professionals in the health care sector, psychiatry, social work, disability and more.  As a clincial psychologist I have worked in primary care settings and private settings with CBT-therapy, ACT, internet-therapy and Brief Interventions. Patient problems have been all types of anxiety problems, phobias, depression, worry, insomnia, relational problems, chronic pain and more. Patients have been adults and young adults.

As project/product manager I helped Psykologpartners develop a technical plattform for delivering Psychotherapy online and create five treatment programs online, one preventive program online for stress, and an Iphone application for sleep problems.
