WHO IS KRISTOFER LUCK:I'm an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Since I was of the age of five, I've had a passion for computers. I started Quest Network Services in the summer of 1994 as an electronic bulletin board service (The Quest BBS) in my dad's house that allowed users to interact with each other, share information, play games, send messages, and download information. In 1998, I worked as a network administrator for a wholesale company supporting a network of 16 servers and 200+ workstations across several locations. While working as a network administrator, I opened a storefront office supporting local customers in their computer needs. In 2001, I moved the business to Rogers Park. After working as a network administrator for ten years, I decided to work full time at Quest and expanded the business to include technical support for small businesses. Using my ten years experience as a network administrator, I was able to support network servers, workstations, routers, run network cables, set-up wireless networks and more.I'm a strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Servers, Management, Networking, Microsoft Exchange, and Network Administration.PERSONAL NOTE:In addition to having a passion for computers, I also am an huge Star Trek Fan. I love going to the conventions with my partner, and meeting the actors, learning what it was like to make the series etc. I also love playing video games, the classic Atari, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and the latest Switch are a few of the many consoles I've played. I also keep a salt water aquarium as a hobby with corrals, fish, crabs and urchins.
